Dr. Keegan discovered during her career in market and qualitative data research that there was such a paucity of information on the use of technology and its application in our daily lives that she set about identifying the serious gaps in knowledge and began to piece together evidence gathered from her normal work. The result was some fascinating insights into changes in behaviour and workplace practice which she presented at this workshop.
