The Postgraduate Business Psychology Conference 2010

In 1998, the University of Westminster launched Europe’s first postgraduate course in Business Psychology and has consistently sought to promote innovation in teaching and practice.
This conference continues that theme, highlighting the essential utility of individuals’ differences and their intrinsic value to organisations. Learn about current research and organisational case studies, and participate in workshops run by experienced practitioners from the business psychology community.

This session will explore the relationship between HR and Business Psychology and highlight how they should collaborate but are often separate camps. Jon and Andrew will pull out examples of where the collaboration has improved business performance through innovation and thinking beyond the traditional boundaries.
