Mindfulness and Values-Based Coaching (MVBC): Ancient Traditions – Modern Science

Most coaches understand the need for maintaining a open, attentive presence in the context of a coaching session. Not many know actively how to bring that state about – nor how to sustain and develop it. Mindfulness training, based in meditation skills, offers a way.

This evening is an experiential taster of the MVBC coach training. Participants will leave with an enhanced understanding of MVBC and one or two techniques that they can apply immediately in their own lives

The Postgraduate Business Psychology Conference 2010

In 1998, the University of Westminster launched Europe’s first postgraduate course in Business Psychology and has consistently sought to promote innovation in teaching and practice.
