The ABP’s Workforce Experience Awards offer a unique and distinctive platform for the celebration of excellence in the application of Psychology in Business. We are passionate in acknowledging the diversity of individuals, teams and professionals in this field and recognise the importance of sharing experiences and celebrating excellence across the spectrum of applied Business Psychology. You may have used psychology in how you developed an assessment process, a change management intervention, a performance management intervention - or other applied setting.
The Awards provide a platform for over 100 HR, OD, Learning, Resourcing and business psychology practitioners to share their expertise.
Following the successful event last year, the 2017 ABP Annual Conference will be a combination of the conference and awards and will run over the two days of the 12th and 13th October 2017.
The announcements of the Final Workforce Experience Awards will be held at the gala dinner on Thursday 12th October 2017.

Who can enter?
If you have used psychology to inform your approach to a workforce challenge, you can enter - you do not need to be a Psychologist or an ABP member: excellence is not defined by barriers or categories of membership. You may have used psychology in how you developed an assessment process, a change management intervention, a performance management intervention - or other applied setting.
Why submit an entry to the ABP Workforce Experience Awards?

Entering the Awards is an ideal way to share knowledge and celebrate the role that business psychology plays in creating great places to work which support business success. As noted by an award Winner in 2015:
