Description:
As the UK economy stutters out of recession, organisations are facing a different commercial environment. The leaders who presided over the current downturn are still largely in place. Should they be? How can we identify and develop authentic and transformational leaders who will lead us through and out of this downturn? How can we build authentic relationships and positive psychological capital?
This is where Business Psychology can make a huge contribution and bring huge returns on investment.
Adrian Atkinson, MA MSc PhD CPsychol is a regular presenter on this subject and has a wealth of experience in reviewing organizational effectiveness and the range of factors that contribute to it. Adrian is a business psychologist, strategic advisor and executive coach who travels the world reorganising companies and advising CEOs and senior management. Drawing on 30 years experience working with a wide range of companies of all sizes, from all sectors, Adrian is an enthusiastic and inspirational consultant.
Adrian specialises in revitalising companies, ensuring that business objectives are achieved through having the right people in the right roles. This can involve developing a new vision and mission for the company, coaching and developing senior managers, creating or restoring focus on wealth creation and managing organisational culture as well as identifying and developing key people and high performance teams.
We are most grateful to him for agreeing to come and present this workshop. We should also like to thank the University of Westminster for hosting and supporting this event.
We look forward to welcoming you to this event.
