Change is the only constant, more so in challenging times. Whilst the business world is currently focused on surviving in difficult times by staying resilient, there is a handful who are looking beyond recession and focusing on growth through adversity. Anamika, John and Sanjay share insightful models on how growth and expansion in challenging times is indeed possible. When the going gets tough, the tough get GROWING.
Anamika Viswanathan is a communications specialist and a Business Psychologist. Her work encompasses developing personal brands and reducing ‘noise’ in interpersonal communication. John Joint and Sanjay Viswanathan are founding partners of Resultus – Strategic Resultants. John is an NLP Trainer and a practitioner in Clean Language and symbolic modeling. He works with boards of international companies to facilitate transformation. Sanjay Viswanathan’s expertise is in creating enduring value in businesses. Over two decades, he has created impact through leadership roles at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.
