This is a presentation with a difference. Tina is not a psychologist, but someone who takes a different approach to developing strategic thinking.
Tina Catling is Managing Director of “Outside the BOX”, a consultancy specialising in innovation and creativity. Her presentation will offer insights into the methods by which organisations can develop creative thinking.
This event will be a fascinating presentation for those connected with and having an interest in business psychology: it will involve a close examination of the limitations of business psychology in trying to reform an organisational structure and culture, and look at additional ideas and measures which can contribute to real and effective organisational change
