Date and time:

Monday 21st June 2010 at 6 pm

Venue:

University of Westminster, 309, Regent St., London W1B 2UW

Description:

Pauline Crawford will present her views on a new blueprint for business that scopes out the core essentials that men and women naturally contribute for a more sustainable, healthy and inclusive society.  Her empirical work and collective study of research over the last three decades about men and women of all types has lead her to evolve a potentially more sustainable business blueprint, one which embraces both male and female biology and brain preferences to be honoured, and masculine and feminine characteristics within each gender to be used more effectively.  She will challenge you to leave your current view outside the door and contemplate the nature of humankind and its collective requirements for business and life if men and women could start again.  Her goal is enable magic to happen, come prepared to contribute!
Pauline Crawford is the Founder and Chief Executive of Corporate Heart, in which she has achieved a successful career as a facilitator of change, leading on transformational behaviour change, emotional intelligence, professional reputation building and culture change.  Studying the natural authenticity of men and women aligns with Pauline’s passion to enable individuals and whole organisation to create collective wisdom and work together in ways that enhance and value human life at work.  A conference speaker of 20 years experience, she combines her experience in confidence building, relationship integrity, powerful conversations and team engagement to inspire people to maintain natural healthy success.  She writes a blog   http://paulinecrawford.wordpress.com

We should like to thank the University of Westminster for once again hosting this event.
