We are looking for business psychologists experienced and knowledgeable about:
• Identifying talent through psychometric assessment, in-depth interviews, Assessment and Development Centres
• Developing talent through Coaching and Workshops
• Managing talent through Performance Management Systems
The right person will be fascinated by the power of psychology to contribute to business issues; will enjoy working with international companies and will be excellent at building business relationships to sell our services to achieve the three objectives of HFI:
PROFITABILITY INTEREST FUN
You will to be a Chartered Psychologist and need at least two degrees in psychology or a related discipline and a track record of selling and delivering consultancy projects. You will be responsible for selling and delivering projects, managing consultants and developing new ideas and approaches.
