Steve Whiddett  is a former Chair of the ABP and Managing Director of WHE UK.

Steve was a consulting Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Partner at Pearn Kandola and Senior Psychologist at SHL. He has co-authored a number of business psychology books and promotes the use of psychology in business at conferences and in his many articles on performance management, organisational development, change and related topics.

Steve has 30 years of consultancy experience across organisations such as Lloyds, TSB, Marsh, HBOS, BP, Carlsberg-Tetley, Marks and Spencer, Computacenter, National Air Traffic Services, T-mobile, Stonham Housing, British Gas and many local, regional and central government organisations.

Steve has a wealth of experience and understanding of the world of business psychology as well as of the history of the ABP.  He is keen to continue to contribute to the ongoing success and development of the ABP through his membership of the Advisory Board.
