People and organisations work with me because they know that my approach gets results in helping new and struggling managers to turn round their own performance and get more from their teams.

I am motivated by seeing successful transformations in managers as I equip them with the tools and knowhow to manage their teams more confidently and find their own identity and managerial style.

I love to work closely with managers and their teams to understand their current difficulties so that we can work together to resolve issues and create better and more successful working relationships. I am motivated by seeing positive changes in people…..the lightbulb moments where they learn a new skill or see a different approach that can help them and improve them to be a better manager and a better person.

Monisha Garg

As a 16-year-old in France, at a student exchange program, who did not speak French, I realized that it takes a lot more than cultural similarities to build connections.

Despite the communication barriers, I worked with people from diverse backgrounds and gained new perspectives. This is where I recognised the importance of incorporating different voices for an environment to thrive. Drawing from the experience in France, I decided to enroll in a Business and Organisational Psychology course to develop upon my interest in diversity and inclusion in the workplace. With an opportunity to intern with the ABP, I have gotten the chance to apply my theoretical knowledge into practice. With these experiences, I intend to execute all the knowledge gained in promoting work-life balance, upskilling employees, and recruiting suitable candidates.

Hannah believes that we should work in a world where leaders ultimately value and develop their employees and understand that engaged and well employees are more productive and therefore beneficial to an organisation. She joined the ABP Training Team in June 2019 to raise standards in business practices and make a difference, not just for herself but for everybody, today and in generations to come.

Hello, my name is Kieran O’Brien, I have just finished my first year of university at Brunel studying Psychology which I absolutely loved.

Business Psychology is something I have a real keen interest in, we spent a great deal of our lives working, so I really like the idea of being able to help and make that experience better even if just by a little and that’s what inspired my interest in the area. As an aspiring Business Psychologist I am always looking for ways to increase my understanding and experience as this whole world is very new to me. My role at the ABP is as a Delegate Experience Officer, which has so far been a great experience and can’t wait to see what’s to come in the future.
