Hannah Johnson

Hannah began her career working in organisational development, improving organisational culture and employee engagement through change programs, aiming to help create optimal workplaces that people will thrive in. She then went on to study a MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology.

Hannah is a BPS certified occupational test user and accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including Hogan. Currently working on the People Strategy Program at Centrepoint, the youth homelessness charity, Hannah has expanded her strategic HR, People and Change expertise and is making a difference through meaningful work. This is acheived by focusing on improving the experience of Centrepoint’s employees through a series of projects improving engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, culture, leadership, manager capability and processes.

Hannah believes that we should work in a world where leaders ultimately value and develop their employees and understand that engaged and well employees are more productive and therefore beneficial to an organisation. She joined the ABP Training Team in June 2019 to raise standards in business practices and make a difference, not just for herself but for everybody, today and in generations to come.
