Diversity in Business Psychology?

Like most organisations, the ABP has been considering our role and the part we play in the responsibility we have around the diversity and inclusion agenda. We wanted to initiate this panel discussion as a place to ask questions and air views and what the business psychology community can do more of/less of to help support a position of stronger commitment and demonstration towards diversity and inclusion.

We seek your questions and views on the topics you’d like to pose to the panel which consists of:

Seth De Grow: Diversity and Inclusion Lead Deloitte, China

Sanjay Bhogaita: Global Head of Culture and Communications, Travelex

Dev Modi: Head of Inclusive Leadership, YSC

Grace Mansah-Owusu: Talent Consultant, British Heart Foundation

Dr Sylvana Storey Eisenecker: Founder and CEO Global Organisational Integrators, Blogger and Development Board Advisor

If you could submit your questions and views to Uzma Afridi uzma.afridi@theabp.org.uk

Our panel will be hosted and chaired by Uzma Afridi who sits on our board and who is beginning the process of thinking about and pulling together a steering group for the ABP.

Instructions are to:

  1. Register – only 45 spaces available!
  2. Bring your tea (or coffee) to your own table on Friday.
  3. Click on the link we send those who register.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to ask you for your thoughts on what sort of topics you’d like us to discuss and as well as ideas for what you think the ABP could do to support and help members for the foreseeable future. Please email lucy.standing@theabp.org.uk your suggestions.  Naturally, it will be completely free to ABP members to attend.
