Setting Targets for addressing Mental Health Issues in the Workplace

Issues of Mental Health and its affect of organisational performance and productivity need little introduction. The current Public Health England initiative costing nine figures has made a considerable contribution to this awareness. However, what is receiving little attention behind the fanfare and what the campaign can not highlight is the results of activity “on the ground”. Some organisations have made tremendous strides forward but progress is patchy, mainly because of insufficient involvement from and leadership by HR.
