Against a backdrop of economic uncertainty and a rapidly changing environment, one of the biggest challenges facing organisations, entrepreneurs and freelancers today is how to deliver sustainable sales growth as we enter uncharted territory which is undoubtedly paving the way to a new era of Remote Selling that may be here to stay. One thing that is unlikely to change though, is the impact of salespeople on the buying decision. In a series of studies cited in ‘The Science of Selling’ (Hoffeld, D. 2016), a staggering amount identified the salesperson as a deciding factor in whether buyers chose to purchase from one vendor or another. In fact, 53% of customer loyalty is driven by the salesperson’s behaviours, with trust playing a key role. The challenge for many now is how to build interpersonal trust on-line.
What the course is about
This course focuses on the two critical steps in the sales process of Prospecting and Pitching and is designed to respond to the support required by anyone who needs or wants to sell their products and/or services remotely. You will learn simple skills and techniques based on a combination of evidence-based research and practice that you can start applying immediately. Participants will also find out where to access further sales training and development opportunities.
This course is run by Huma Khan, Founder of SalesPsych Ltd who specialises in helping salespeople build the Psychological and Functional strengths they need to deliver sustainable sales growth and lead fulfilling careers. Huma’s background includes 20 years of commercial leadership experience working with and for some of the biggest brands in the world, she has a qualification in NLP and Workplace Coaching, is an accredited Psychometric Practitioner and is also completing her MSc in Occupational and Business Psychology.
