Understanding your Buyer
In this afternoon tea session, we invite Ben Chambers who is founder of the Talent and Leadership Club – a network of around 300 Talent and leadership professionals drawn from the majority of the FTSE 100 as well public sector/ Government organisations. Attendees work in-house, are in mid-to-senior level positions and specialise in, or have responsibility for, talent and leadership in their organisations. In these meetings they do discuss and share insights with each other – including their thoughts on suppliers. As the person who founded the Club in 2004, Ben gets a unique perspective into the minds and concerns of the typical buyer of an ABP members services. It’s a great opportunity to get a view on what the main concerns are for this cohort as well as hear from him what we can do to position ourselves going forward.
Ben Chambers is Head of Business School and Talent for Grant Thornton. He’s previously held Global head of Leadership roles at Tesco and GSK. He’s got a strong interest in collaboration and working together to share insights.
