Assessment Centre Design Masterclass
May 31 at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm£75.00 – £225.00
This webinar offers a deep-dive into one of our most popular topics on the Practical People Assessment Course: Assessment Centre Design. By allowing double the time, we are able to cover the creation of an Assessment Centre framework and the full range of exercise types you might need to create, as well as having plenty of time for discussion. Run by Ben Williams, former Chair of the ABP and MD of Sten10, this course is perfect for current or freshly qualified Occupational Psychology students who wish to make the leap from academic theory to actual practice. More experienced practitioners who wish to ‘round out’ their knowledge to include this key skill will also be perfectly suited. The session will be recorded, so if you can’t attend live then you can watch it afterwards and Ben is happy to answer any follow-up questions you may have. You will gain access to the LinkedIn group for the Certificate in Practical People Assessment and also receive a certificate of attendance for personal development purposes.
