Creating a strengths-based organization: how to introduce and embed a strengths-based approach to boost inclusivity, wellbeing and performance

We have been applying strengths within organizations for the last 10 to 15 years, and in 2021 published our book describing our approach and how it can be used in practice. In this session we will share with you:

  • Some brief background on the approach, what makes it different, and how we have introduced it to clients
  • Examples of how it can be used across the talent cycle
  • A discussion of outcomes and business benefits
