In this Friday afternoon session, Dr Alan Redman will explore the current state-of-the-art within the world of psychometric and assessment technologies. Alan will describe an evidence-based practice model that test-users can deploy to navigate between the competing claims of the diverse range of assessment products and innovations out there. Alan will add insights from client case studies and assessment research.

Dr Alan Redman is a chartered psychologist and psychometrician. Alan has worked in the assessment industry for over 25 years and has developed psychometrics for many big-name employers. He is currently the Head of Science & Technology of the Clevry group, a leading talent acquisition, assessment and advisory business that operates internationally. He has worked to develop psychometrics standards and practice in the UK with the British Psychological Society and is a founder member of the ABP. We are delighted that he is delivering this presentation.
