And we are looking for a Consultant M/F who will join the team
to work on our core areas, including:

  • Enhancing customer experience
  • Optimising Communications
  • Improving digital adoption and conversion
  • Addressing management challenges (Diversity, workplace safety, etc.)

What we can accomplish together

We want you to use your energy, passion, and knowledge to work on:

  • Owning and executing the delivery of projects (e.g. auditing client communications to behaviourally optimise them)
  • Delivering workshops and co-creating nudges using client insights and sound behavioural science principles
  • Produce literature reviews aimed at unearthing the available academic evidence behind specific business challenges
  • Producing customised business proposals and costs based on briefs, using our existing templates and budgeting tools
  • Improving our core products and helping us design future ones
  • Working alongside our marketing team to grow our UK presence

The profile we are seeking for our Consultant M/F

You are a rare gem because you …

  • Have two or more years of proven direct experience with clients, managing relationships, leading delivery of products and presenting insights, preferably in a BeSci context
  • Have an MSc in Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Behavioural Science, Sociology, Anthropology or Marketing, or at least two years of experience on client-facing delivery of BeSci products
  • Know behavioural science, have an appetite for the subject and a desire to become an expert
  • Are comfortable translating academic literature into applicable insights
  • Fluent in English – you can handle with ease in a professional context
  • Enjoy working with data and have experience using MSc-level statistical analyses
  • Can create great PowerPoint presentations and write engaging reports

Practical details about the job

  • Position: full-time role (five days a week – 9:30 to 17:30)
  • Salary: median salary £40,000 (dependent on skills and experience) + bonus (based on individual and business performance)
  • Start: April 2022
  • Location: this role is London-based we work flexibly, with the expectation to be at the office one day per week and the rest from home
  • Work permit: since this is a UK role, you must have the right to work in the UK
