We are looking to appoint a Business or Occupational Psychologist to our team who is qualified and experienced in delivering Hogan Assessments, with a post graduate qualification in Business, Organisational, Occupational Psychology or a related discipline. They should have a strong track record of delivering assessments at C-Suite level and be comfortable both writing psychological reports and presenting these to senior leaders.
Saxton Bampfylde has completed over 3500 assessments of senior leaders across a variety of sectors and our Psychologists work closely alongside our Search Consultants to develop client relationships. The main aspect of delivery in this role will be assessment and bespoke reports for selection, with other aspects including assessment and coaching for development, team development for senior leaders, board reviews and 360 feedback projects.
