The ABP Workforce Experience Awards Programme offers a unique and distinctive platform for celebrating excellence in Business Psychology.
Whilst many awards programmes exist in the field of Human Resources generally, and in various psychological disciplines, the ABP Awards focus directly on demonstrating the commercial and practical value of Business Psychology to organisations.
These Awards have been created to showcase how organisations enhance their workforce’s experiences through being, “… informed by a real understanding of the science that shapes the inner behaviours, motivations, and learning of the people [they] employ.”
Why Submit an Entry to the ABP Workforce Experience Awards?
Being short-listed for or winning a Workforce Experience Award will demonstrate your commitment to informed practice that improves workforce experiences. All Finalists will be announced by the ABP and our media partners and entitled to display the appropriate symbol of their success (i.e. the ABP Workforce Experience Awards logo).

How to enter
Start working on your submission now for the ABP Workforce Experience Awards now. Submissions opened on 1st December 2013 and close on 28thFebruary 2014. There will be no extensions on this deadline.
Short-listed submissions will be announced mid-March. You can book your place now for the one-day Conference where short-listed entries will be presented and discussed and the Gala Dinner where the winners will be announced on 15th May 2014 at 8 Northumberland in Westminster, London. Attend our Award Submission Writing Workshop
If you would like help putting your submission together, attend our Award Submission Writing Workshop on Thursday 16th January 2014. The workshop will be run by Chris Robinson, the Managing Director of the world’s first ‘award entry consultancy’ Boost Marketing.
This interactive workshop will focus on maximising your chances of winning the ABP Workforce Experience Awards but the content will be useful for any other awards you may be entering. You will learn the most important things you need to know when entering the ABP Workforce Experience Awards (which categories are most competitive, what judges are looking for and top tips in writing and evidencing your entry).
You will also be taught loads of advanced award entry writing and evidencing techniques in the context of the stories you are planning on entering. Plus you get to “be an ABP Workforce Experience Awards judge” which helps you understand what goes through the mind of the person reading your entry!.
