Organisations benefit from having a diverse, motivated workforce where everyone feels included in the decision- making process and culture of the firm. This session will offer attendees greater understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion themes, and how individuals and organisations can continue prioritising inclusion initiatives into the future.
Aduke will reflect on the incredible EDI work undertaken by organisations during the COVID pandemic, the successes, opportunities, and challenges. Delegates will be offered practical ways and tools to foster inclusion at work and ensure that as we virtually or physically we are all contributing to building a workplace for everyone.
