Claire was the ABP 2017-8 award winner in the Workplace Engagement category, designing a tool and process to equip leaders for pro-active engagement conversations. The approach recorded a 93% increase in the quality of the typical leader and direct report discussion. This has led Claire to investigate and design other leader conversation development experiences.
