Dan is an R&D leader and Business Psychologist (CPsychol, AFBPsS, HCPC Registered) with extensive experience in leading the creation and implementation of innovative product solutions and technology to help organisations with their talent management goals. He has over 25 years’ experience working in several talent management consultancies, and during that time he has built a wide range of psychometric tools for employee assessment and development.
Dan is passionate about designing scientific, evidence-based solutions which deliver practical business benefits. In the last few years, Dan’s main area of focus has been on exploring the future of leadership and building Talogy’s new InView suite of leadership solutions. Currently, he is also working on a Professional Doctorate at Birkbeck, where his research is focusing on identifying what leadership behaviours facilitate the intrinsic motivation of employees through satisfaction of their basic psychological needs.
