Anna is Chartered with over 15 years’ experience as an Occupational Psychologist. She is a registered Coaching Psychologist and teaches Mindfulness and Compassion in the workplace too. She runs Zest Psychology, a product of the first Covid lockdown. Prior to this she was one of the co-founders of Work Psychology Hub and the founder of Ampleo. She, has worked in business and government for well over 20 years. In her Professional Doctorate she explored Self-Confidence in the Workplace. She regards herself as a mindful and ethical practitioner to the world of working, profits and efficiency.
