Jill leads the UK Talent solutions team at Talogy and partners with clients to provide assessment and development for individuals, teams, and leaders. With a career spanning over 30 years in both in-house and consulting roles, Jill has developed a deep understanding of successful leadership and team performance. She has been instrumental in the development of Talogy’s leadership framework and creation of a global suite of leadership solutions.
In her consulting work she supports leaders and teams in navigating complex challenges, leading change, and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. Her approach is to foster awareness, provide insight and encourage experimentation to enhance performance.
