Conference Terms and Conditions
The Association for Business Psychology (‘the organisers’) undertake to provide the package as specified in the programme of events as detailed on our website.
- In the event of ABP 2024 being cancelled the organisers will provide a full refund of the total paid.
- If an invoice is required, payment of the Conference will be due 30 days from the date of the invoice or before the Conference date, whichever is sooner. You and/or your organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for any payment of Conference fee. Alternatively, payment is to be made by credit or debit card, immediately.
- Once payment of the fee has been received in full, and we have approved the booking, an email confirming your booking will be sent to you.
- When you purchase Event tickets on behalf of a delegate or multiple delegates (an “Attendee”), those Attendees will be subject to these Attendee Terms and Conditions, and you agree to ensure their compliance with the same.
- If you wish to cancel your attendance at ABP 2024, notice of cancellation should be made in writing to admin@theabp.org.uk. If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, we will refund your attendance fee in full, though we reserve the right to retain a 20% administration fee. Where you cancel less than 30 days before the event there will be no refund, however, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another delegate up to a week before the event.
- Non-appearance at the event will not entitle any refund from the organiser.
- If the customer fails to make payment, the organiser reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the full invoice value plus the recovery charges.
- The organisers reserve the right to amend the conference programme and speaker line up.
- Any damage caused by any third party attending the event will be charged accordingly and could lead to you being refused entry to future events.
- No food or drink is to be brought to the venue which has not been provided by the venue except by prior agreement for specific dietary requirements.
- ABP delegates and sponsors would like to communicate with conference attendees during and after the event. They would like to have your: name, company and job title.If you are willing to share these, please tick the opt in box.
