Conference Terms and Conditions

The Association for Business Psychology (‘the organisers’) undertake to provide the package as specified in the programme of events as detailed on our website.

  • In the event of ABP 2024 being cancelled the organisers will provide a full refund of the total paid.
  • If an invoice is required, payment of the Conference will be due 30 days from the date of the invoice or before the Conference date, whichever is sooner. You and/or your organisation placing the booking shall be jointly and severally liable for any payment of Conference fee. Alternatively, payment is to be made by credit or debit card, immediately.
  • Once payment of the fee has been received in full, and we have approved the booking, an email confirming your booking will be sent to you.
  • When you purchase Event tickets on behalf of a delegate or multiple delegates (an “Attendee”), those Attendees will be subject to these Attendee Terms and Conditions, and you agree to ensure their compliance with the same.
  • If you wish to cancel your attendance at ABP 2024, notice of cancellation should be made in writing to If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, we will refund your attendance fee in full, though we reserve the right to retain a 20% administration fee. Where you cancel less than 30 days before the event there will be no refund, however, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another delegate up to a week before the event.
  • Non-appearance at the event will not entitle any refund from the organiser.
  • If the customer fails to make payment, the organiser reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover the full invoice value plus the recovery charges.
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend the conference programme and speaker line up.
  • Any damage caused by any third party attending the event will be charged accordingly and could lead to you being refused entry to future events.
  • No food or drink is to be brought to the venue which has not been provided by the venue except by prior agreement for specific dietary requirements.
  • ABP delegates and sponsors would like to communicate with conference attendees during and after the event.
