Barclays ‘helps people achieve their ambitions, in the right way.’ This purpose was central to the development of a new immersive recruitment process for their Graduate and Internship programmes.
The Bank’s ambition was to provide a unique and educational experience for candidates, enabling them to learn more about the banking sector, the programmes and themselves. This was achieved using a novel approach which combined ability, technical competence, and cultural fit assessments in a real-life, interactive case study.
