Professional Bio
With over 16 years of experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development, I have built my career across the Education and Financial Services sectors. I specialise in leading transformational change and embedding high-performance, people-centric cultures. My expertise includes talent development, coaching senior leaders, embedding wellbeing practices, and delivering strategic data-driven insights. I also enjoy working on innovative system implementation projects and analysing people data. I am an Associate CIPD member and a Mental Health First Aider, I also hold an ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management and an FD in Business, Advertising, and Marketing.
My ABP Role and Responsibilities
As Company Secretary and Governance Lead, I ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks while fostering clear communication between stakeholders. I believe in organisational transparency, accountability and ensuring processes are clearly defined, accessible and fit for purpose.
My Day Job
In my role as Lead HR Consultant at Clearly HR I offer a suite of tailored HR services, partnering with organisations to seek out solutions. Drawing on my experiences as a senior HR professional, my approach combines strategic insight with practical, accessible tools and guidance on the full employee lifecycle. I enjoy working on a wide range of projects during periods of change, growth and innovation.
My Special Interests and Passions
I am passionate about enabling business leaders to sustain engaged, high-performing, inclusive cultures, whilst embedding lifelong learning pathways and advancing mental health and wellbeing strategies. I value collaboration and fostering environments that empower individuals to thrive. Outside of work I enjoy baking and spending time with family, friends and caring for my two older (but still mischievous) cats.
