Education Development Lead
Ella is a Senior Lecturer in Business Psychology at Arden University, and has taught in Higher Education for the past five years, following clinical and research roles within secure mental health settings. Ella is a member of the European Academy for Occupational Health Psychology and the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her primary research interests focus on wellbeing interventions for healthcare staff, and is currently working towards a PhD in this area at the University of Sheffield. Ella is passionate about inclusive and accessible education and CPD, and is very excited to bring this to the role of CPD lead within the Association for Business Psychology.
