Nick is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol), Associate Fellow of The British Psychological Society, and Registered Practitioner Psychologist with The Health & Care Professions Council.
Nick is a Director at Perceptyx, where he leads a team of EX Experts and Workforce Transformation Consultants. Perceptyx provide a technology platform designed to empower managers and activate employees to help organisations achieve measurable impact on their key business and talent priorities.
Prior to Perceptyx, Nick has held leadership and consulting roles at IBM-Kenexa, Capp & Co., Robertson Cooper, Mercer, and Human Factors International. He holds BPS Level A & Level B (NEO PI-R and MBTI).
Nick is an experienced presenter at professional conferences on the topics of employee experience, employee engagement and workplace wellbeing, as well as trends in employee listening, continuous conversation and workforce transformation.
