Sanjay is a Principal Business Psychologist (Association of Business Psychologist) with an MSc in Occupational Psychology (Distinction) and a BSc in Psychology (First Class Hons) from The University of Nottingham. His area of interest and specialism include culture change, talent-management, leadership development, learning, coaching and communications and change.

Experience
Sanjay brings 11 years of international experience in partnering with leaders to translate aspirations to results. He blends his consulting background with working in HR and commercial leadership teams in Financial Services and Fintech organisations to deliver strategy, achieve goals and drive performance. He combines frameworks and tools with a deep understanding of behavioural science to do this. His in-house roles in culture, talent and internal communication roles brings depth and rigour to the solutions he creates to drive change and create stakeholder value. He took the lead on cultural initiatives to support Executive teams to a successful listing on the London Stock Exchange as well as leading a complex business transformation through crisis-management and internal communications realising cost savings of £200m during Covid-19.
His strengths include decoding strategy into the capabilities required for success, cultural diagnosis and developing cultural, talent and leadership solutions to achieve results. He is known as someone that builds strong relationships across all levels of the business and executes at pace. Sanjay is an Associate Coach working towards accreditation status with the International Coaching Federation. He uses coaching to empower individuals and teams to build capability and confidence to realise their potential and has a passion for supporting marginalised groups.
