Since completing a Business Psychology MSc at UCL, Ben has gained varied experience delivering global talent management, development, and assessment solutions. Ben now specialises in performance and is responsible for building an effective scaled performance model to drive business outcomes for Lloyds Banking Group. Ben will discuss their holistic approach to performance measurement and management, and how they are attempting to leverage AI and automation to their advantage.
