Geoff is a Chartered Psychologist with a BSc and MSc from University College London (UCL). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. His unusually varied career as a psychologist fostered an international perspective that straddles professional career paths and business sectors. In roles as Research Fellow at UCL, European Manager for The Psychological Corporation (San Antonio, USA), followed by personal and business associations with the Hogan Assessment Systems (Tulsa, USA), JVR (South Africa), MHS (Canada) and professional groups throughout Europe, he has been privileged to work with an exceptionally influential pool of talent, laying the basis for an informed global perspective on psychological practices. Geoff set up Psychological Consultancy Ltd. (PCL) in 1992 and as CEO has overseen research and innovative professional practices. He is now devoted to research-based consultancy, innovative product development and his influential work on decision making under risk.
