Georgia specialises in early talent acquisition and development, including roles at the Bank of England and Deloitte. She is passionate about all things talent, employability and the future of work, particularly understanding data and translating that into trends and tangible actions. Georgia joined the ISE in 2023 in a newly created role as their Head of Insights to help members and the wider sector with the latest trends and best practices around all aspects of early careers activities.
