Kate Young is the Head of Workforce Diagnostics at Multiverse, the UK’s first EdTech unicorn. A psychologist and psychometrician, she has spent most of her career in assessment design, creating solutions for many of the UK FTSE 100, international firms and government bodies. She is passionate about measuring what matters and cutting through the hyperbole that can surround measurement models. In her current role, she has been able to deeply explore the construct of Leaning Agility and consider its place in a post AI world.
