Liz Hey, MSc, MABP, GMBPsS, is Principal Psychologist for Hogrefe Ltd. Hogrefe Ltd, based in Oxford, is the UK arm of Hogrefe Group, a large global publisher of psychometric tests, books and journals. Liz has a background in educational assessment, social research and business psychology. At Hogrefe, Liz publishes occupational psychometric tests and is a leadership consultant for a major European organisation.
