Tom Cornell is a Senior Organisational Psychology Consultant at HireVue, where he specialises in the development and delivery of HireVue’s interview and game-based assessments. As part of HireVue, he blends traditional psychometric theory with artificial intelligence and a technology-driven approach to achieve a more satisfactory solution to pre-hiring assessments and hiring automation.
In his 6 years at HireVue, Tom has been based out of different locations in Europe and in Australia, working with customers and managing partners across the globe. He has previously worked at MindX, which was acquired by HireVue in 2018. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
