Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.
If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, whether to register as a member, jobseeker or recruiter, or otherwise, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password.
You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.
You must not use any other person’s user ID and password to access our website.

You warrant that any information you provide to us as part of the registration procedure for accessing restricted and/or particular areas of the site or otherwise (whether as a member, a jobseeker, a recruiter, a business psychologist wishing to be included on the “ABP Connections” database, or otherwise), is true, accurate, fair and complete and you agree to keep all such information up-to-date, including without limitation in relation to job advertisements, your CV and your qualifications, wherever applicable.
Recruiters must only use our database of jobseekers for the sole purpose of seeking candidates to fill bona fide jobs and recruiters must treat the information in our database(s) as confidential, and must not copy any information from the database(s) or record or retain any information from the database(s) or disclose to any third party any such information.
(5) User-generated content
In these terms of use, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.
Your user content will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary and you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.
You warrant and represent that your user content will comply with these terms of use.

We shall not be monitoring or verifying the information provided by any such individual or organisation.
- Jobseekers and recruiters registering through our site acknowledge that we merely provide a facility to enable jobseekers and recruiters to get in touch and that we do not vet or monitor the registered recruiters or jobseekers who advertise on our website, and you agree that you will not hold us liable in relation to any loss, damage or expense that you suffer arising out of the acts or omissions of a recruiter or jobseeker.
- We do not warrant to recruiters that they will receive any applications in relation to job advertisements, nor do we warrant that our jobseeker database will hold information regarding jobseekers that may be suitable for the positions that the recruiter wishes to fill.
- For the avoidance of doubt, we are not endorsing the content of any third party advertising that features on our website and accept no liability whatsoever and arising howsoever in relation to any such advertising.
- Whilst we may from time to time include details of training courses on our website we make no representation or warranty as to the suitability or adequacy of any such courses and will have no liability to you in respect of any such courses.
- We may offer advice on the website as to how to become a business psychologist. Any such material is provided as general guidance only and we offer no guarantee of future employment or qualifications.

The other registered and unregistered trade marks or service marks on our website are the property of their respective owners.
