From Crisis to Culture Health

RSA is an insurance company that has been operating for over 300 years, employing thousands of people globally with enviable levels of employee engagement. A few years ago, however, they experienced a significant shock when “inappropriate collaboration” in their Irish business made headlines.

Trust was broken inside and outside the organisation and the Chairman made a personal commitment that that would never happen again. In response a custom Culture Health Assessment, based around a Culture Health Index, was created to surface early warning signs of cultural risk.
