Automated video interviews are an effective way to reduce administrative burden, but typically sacrifice the ability to tailor questions to individual candidates. Saville Assessment partnered with Tazio to create a video interview powered by the Wave Professional Styles (Wave) behavioural assessment. Saville Assessment’s Consultancy Team then used this tool in their own assessment process, to recruit Consultants. It enabled them to improve efficiency and increase the number, and quality, of candidates progressing through to the subsequent assessment stages.
