August 1 at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Speaker: Heather De Cruz-Cornaire, Business/Coaching Psychologist, CafeCoach

In the field of moving talent globally, how can Global Mobility (GM) Managers ensure that internationally mobile employees and their families move with ‘Peace of Mind’, and how can the workforce trends ‘at scale’ from leading industry experts guide us? This project was commissioned in the US by a global HR consultancy and involved a global footprint across 4 continents and 4 generations.  Using a qualitative lens to gather insights from coaches, clients, and mobility professionals, the approach is inclusive of ‘dual-career’ families, an often underappreciated group in the talent mobility community.  Results reveal the importance of Human Connection, Health & Wellbeing, Individual Resilience, and the impact of the ‘psychological contract’ needs of a globally mobile workforce.
