May 2 at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Speakers: Anne Marie Dancy, Direct Delivery Manager, and Jane Armytage, Operations Manager, Lumina Learning Ltd.

Summary:

This talk will be led by Anne Marie Dancy, Direct Delivery Manager at Lumina Learning and Jane Armytage, Operations Manager at Lumina Learning. The talk will showcase the 12-month Leadership Programme developed for a provider of talent management solutions for C-suite clients globally. Having grown rapidly, the client realised it had its own internal talent management issue. In their own words, “Our recently recruited young and developing staff are at risk of becoming Cobbler’s Children”.

To develop the organisational culture and nurture talent, a psychological intervention was needed to embrace new leadership concepts and skills, change behaviour and help everybody work on their inner beliefs that sometimes undermined confidence.

Specific objectives, each supported by the practical application of Business Psychology were designed into a seven module 12-month programme.

The resulting Leadership Programme included:

Application of evidence based business psychology
Modular Action Learning
A Psychometric golden Thread
Coaching
Support and Challenge with Psychological Safety
A Culture Model, and
Team Development
