Biog:
Dr Pavlo Kanellakis, Director of PK&A, is a senior wealth management psychological coach with multiple accreditations. He has a background in business, counselling, health, and coaching psychology. He has been practising for over 30 years and has been recognised as a fellow of the British Psychology Society (BPS) for Outstanding Contribution in transferring psychological theory and research to a broader audience. He also previously was the chair of the BPS’s group for independent practitioners from 2016 until 2019. He has a number of high-profile clients in C-Suite and Directing positions in a variety of industries including healthcare, banking, insurance and asset management.
He is also recognised by the British Psychological Society as an expert in the field and is a member of the VIVA and External Examiner for research in the field of Wealth
Management Psychology (including Financial Psychology), which is one of his key specialisms. Another of his key specialisms is Leadership Development, with the aim of enhancing the performance of the individuals and the teams they oversee.
Additionally, he is leading Wealth Management Psychological Research (TN) and is developing a positive psychology knowledge base regarding the needs and conditions for health and prosperity for the top 2% of wealthy individuals. Lastly, he is registered in the BPS Media Guide to Expertise Register as an expert in the field of wealth management psychological research.
