Sarah Clarke has taken a different approach in her work. Along with a rigorous, evidence-based approach, which includes the use of data to measure cultural shift, Sarah uses psychology in employee-led projects to overcome challenges and deliver tangible benefits.  She has drawn the attention of a broad base of clients and become widely known for her innovative approach. Sarah has over 15 years’ senior management experience, and her research interests include employee engagement, leadership development and the impact of the organizational climate.

Sarah has recently been instrumental in helping her clients win the CIPD People Management award and has appeared on BBC Breakfast to discuss team management and leadership techniques. She also drew the attention of the judges at the ABP conference in October 2019, winning not only the category prize but also the Chair’s award for the overall quality of her work.

This presentation will be a compelling insight into Sarah’s work and will use case studies to demonstrate where she has made a truly measurable difference, including a recent project that has already delivered over 20% growth to clients.
