Together we’ll explore what this means for positive psychology post pandemic and work collaboratively to generate ideas and energy that empowers attendees to consider new methods of application in the world of business.
Bio:
Alex is Global CEO of Bailey & French. She runs the business in Brighton UK, with her core team of 30 plus a further 130 facilitators across all regions of the globe.
Having worked at a senior level for both Aviva and Amex, Alex understands the complexity of working internally for large global organisations and has brought her insights into the Bailey & French business model to ensure the people solutions are practical, simple and scalable.
Over the past ten years Bailey & French has delivered solutions to organisations in all industries, markets, sectors and countries, winning awards for Innovation in 2019, Large Business Finalist in 2020 and Winner of Company of the Year 2022. Alex herself was a Businesswoman of the Year Finalist in 2022.
Alex is a Board Advisor to IPPA’s Work & Org division, an Enterprise Ambassador for University of Brighton, a member of the Lodis Forum, with memberships of the IOD, ABP and BPS.
Alex is passionate about Humanising the world of work for future generations including her two daughters, having bootstrapped and grown the business without any investor influence.
