Ben Vernazza, CPsychol, is Principal Consultant for Edgecumbe Consulting, based in Bristol. He is highly experienced in consulting with clients on leadership assessment and development services having previously worked for Saville Consulting and OPP/Myers Briggs Company, amongst others. Ben works at all levels with public and private sector clients, providing bespoke solutions that impact individual, team and organisational performance. His principal experience includes the design and delivery of assessment and development processes and the application of psychometrics. He is a skilled coach and facilitator, an Associate Fellow of the BPS, HCPC registered and holds an EMCC accredited coaching qualification.
