Emma is Associate Director at Work Psychology Group (WPG). She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and a Certified Principal Business Psychologist registered with the ABP. Emma specialises in the areas of selection and assessment, evaluation and organisational development. Her role involves overseeing the design and evaluation of bespoke and creative solutions, informed by the recent literature to disseminate key learnings. In recent years, Emma led a piece of work to develop a specialty choice tool for the British Medical Association, which won an award from the ABP, for Excellence in Using Business Psychology for Social Impact.
