Rob will share some of the current opportunities and challenges that AI and Data Science present to him as a leader of a business providing survey technology and services, and explore some of practical and ethical implications from a psychologist’s perspective.
Rob is People Science Director at The People Experience Hub, where he leads the team delivering employee surveys as well as ensuring that the process is robust, from design through to analysis and action. Originally chartered in Sport & Exercise Psychology, he has spent the last 25 years (or so) in business transformation, organisational development, operational and people leadership roles both in-house and for consultancies. Outside of work, he indulges his passion for sports performance by competing in masters swimming and playing water polo – which he is getting much too old for.
